How to take advantage of the Air Canada Vacations Group Wedding rate
Step 1:
RSVP in the form below no later than Friday February 16th, 2024. Please ensure the form is fully filled out with your name, as well as each guest's name.
Step 2:
Please send a $150 deposit to info@taftisafarianwedding.com by the payment deadline February 21st, 2024 to secure the Air Canada Vacations group rate. Missing this deadline means you can no longer lock in the special rate, and all bookings would need to be made independently.
Step 3:
Once we have our RSVP list and deposit, we will reach out to each person or party with further details regarding the completion of your booking. For more information and details, please feel free to contact us at info@taftisafarianwedding.com, or call the Air Canada Groups line at 1 866 529 2079.
Step 4:
We will contact you regarding final steps to clear the balance with Air Canada & provide itineraries once the deadline has passed.

Travel
What are the travel rates flying from Toronto?
For those traveling with us from Toronto using Air Canada Vacations, the special wedding rates are as follows. These rates represent the 7-night, all-inclusive package from Toronto to Cancun.
Adult: $2405 CAD per person (including taxes and fees)
Children (13-17 years): $1877 CAD per person (including taxes and fees)
Children (3-12 years): $1460 CAD per person (including taxes and fees)
Children (2 years): $635 CAD per person (including taxes and fees)
Will transportation be provided?
As part of the all-inclusive Air Canada Vacations package, transportation will be provided to the resort upon arrival in Cancun. Transportation will also be provided from the resort, to the airport for departure.
What are the travel dates from Toronto?
We will be flying out from Toronto on Sunday June 23 at approximately 7am. We will be departing Mexico on Sunday June 30, and arriving back to Toronto at approximately 5pm.
Wedding
Will the ceremony be held outdoors?
Yes! Our ceremony will be held on The Beach Deck, overlooking the beautiful Mexican Caribbean ocean and beach. The ceremony will not be held in the sand so formal footwear will be necessary.
Where will the reception be held?
The reception will be just steps away from our ceremony location on The Beach Deck and held at The Poseidon Terrace. This outdoor venue has a beautiful view of the beach and the resort but is fully covered. Dinner will be served buffet-style, so rest assured that there will be food options that everyone will love! (Vegetarian, Seafood, etc.)
Please expect a short walk from the ceremony to the reception.
